FREIGHT:  All material and products are sold F.O.B. point of shipment.  No freight allowed.

CONDITION OF SALE:  Hennig Gasket & Seals Inc. does not bind itself to send any formal notice of price changes due to the higher cost of material, labor or any other reason beyond our control.  Any component part or special material procured by Hennig Gasket & Seals Inc. and already delivered to us, or non-cancelable, will be shipped and billed at the price which it was accepted.

Basic charge for tooling does not imply transfer on sale.

Tools inactive for a period of five years will be destroyed.

Goods are based on standard industry commercial tolerances.

Cut goods are non-returnable.

MINIMUM ORDER:  There will be a minimum billing order charge of $25.00
